Farm Neck is a semi-private Club, we offer several levels of Membership. Currently all Membership rosters are full and we maintain a waitlist for each Membership category.


Prospective Members

  • Member-In-Waiting

    • Annual Fee: $850

      Our wait list for Full Membership has been converted into a roster of “Members-in-Waiting.”  An application for Full Membership must be proposed by a Full Member in good standing. This new designation is designed to offer some additional privileges beyond public play and give everyone an opportunity to better know the club as you await membership.  The privileges are extended to an individual and becoming a Member-in-Waiting allows and individual the following:    

      • May reserve one tee time or court reservation, per day. up to 4 days in advance at the published rate for public play (public players may reserve only up to 3 days in advance).
      • Green fees and court fees will be the published public rate.
      • Must play with any guests for which they have reserved a tee time.
      • May only reserve a tee time for a group in which they are playing.
      • May reserve only one tee time per day.
      • Receive a 10% discount for all Café items and Golf Shop and Tennis Shop merchandise purchases.
      • Cancellations of reserved tee times must be made no later than 5 pm the day before scheduled play.
        o   All late cancellations: $25 (per playing slot)
        o   No Shows: Posted Greens Fee (per playing slot)


Full Membership: (FULL) 
A lifetime family or individual membership, for golf and tennis. An application for membership must be proposed by a Full Member in good standing.

Availability: The Full Member roster is presently full but we maintain a roster of Members-in-Waiting. If you wish to be placed on our Member-in-Waiting roster please call or stop by the office for more information.

Island Membership: (FULL)

An annual individual membership with certain playing restrictions and only available to year-round residents of 10 or more years who are registered voters of the six towns of Martha’s Vineyard.

Availability: Waiting list is not currently accepting new prospective members.
Junior Membership: (FULL)
A seasonal individual membership available to anyone between the ages of 12 and 18.
Availability: Seasonal waiting list is accepting prospective members.
